The tag “RCCoachMe” was born after Rebecca, RC Coaching CEO and head coach, realized the clients coming in all had one thing in common — they wanted to get better. These humans wanted to be coached, turned feedback into action, ate their damn veggies, and got RESULTS.

RC Online Coaching has been fortunate to work with athletes from all walks of life — from sports like roller derby, Ironman, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, and Olympic Weightlifting, to everyday warriors seeking improved health and weight loss. Kids, high-schoolers, college students, and working professionals alike have all experienced healthier and happier lives through personalized programming.

Average health professional service fees:

$200 nutrition consulting

$150 personal training

$150 mindset/lifestyle coaching

$75 stretching/bodywork

*Prices based on a per session basis

Only 1 session of each average health professional service per month comes out to $575. RC Coaching offers daily nutrition feedback, new nutrition focus points and mindset coaching on a weekly basis, regular stretching and recovery recommendations, and personalized workouts DAILY, all for a significantly lower amount.

What RC Coaching Clients clients receive in addition to custom programming:

  1. Real-time support and accountability in TrueCoach app through comments, messaging, data tracking, and regular check-ins
  2. Recipes, meal ideas, nutrition research, and other various reading material to help better connect to the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and ‘how’
  3. Supplement spotlights for individual needs and links to make ordering trusted brands even easier
  4. Tempos, reps, sets, and intentions with every workout
  5. Option to upload as many (or as few) videos as desired for movement feedback to ensure safe and quality movement patterns and progressions
  6. Mindset questions, weekly reflections, continuous advice, and mentoring

What to expect:
